Blue Marble Designs offers the most popular trellis profiles and sizes in both wood and recyclable composite plastic. What sets our trellis apart is our EDIA (Easy Does It Assembly) design. The advantages of this design are as follows:
- On average, the shipping cost to the retail store for a traditional assembled ladder trellis is $.75 (even higher if purchased through a distributor) compared with $.13 for our EDIA trellis
- Assembled trellis is normally shipped shrink wrapped on pallets, highly subject to damage incurred in transit and handling. Our EDIA trellis is shipped in corrugated master cartons, ensuring safe delivery
- Assembled trellis is normally displayed hanging, occupying valuable retail space and exposure to the elements. Our EDIA trellis is displayed in compact corrugated cartons, occupying very little retail space and always maintaining a fresh appearance for the consumer
Obviously, with much lower cost and retail price, better quality and enhanced shelf life, and a conscious concern for the environment through the elimination of excess fossil fuel consumption, EDIA is unquestionably the trellis design of the future!!!
